Court & Reed View
Two delightful bedrooms within Seasyde House – a breathtaking historic mansion located in Perthshire.
Court View offers one king size bed and Reed View two small double beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom between them where you can luxuriate with our favourites from Arran Aromatics after a long walk or relaxing treatment at The Yurt Experience.
The Old Library
This room is not automatically included in the whole house booking but is available by request for an additional charge.
Pick up a book and while away the hours in The Old Library at Seasyde House.
The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower which you can enjoy with our favourite Arran Aromatics products after a day watching birds on the reed bed.
The Old Library is the only bedroom on the ground floor at Seasyde House making it easier for member of the family who struggle with stairs. This room is available as a double or twin on request.

Enjoy a glass of wine in the Garden or curl up on the sofa in the Drawing Room to read up on the history of the area, or play a board game with your family as you relax around the fire place.
Cook up a feast in our fully fitted kitchen or arrange for one of our regular chefs to prepare a gourmet meal for you to enjoy in our magnificent dining room.
Our open fires will keep you cosy in the cooler evenings while days can be spent exploring the local area or taking a trip to the historic towns of Perth, Dundee and St. Andrews.
